Welcome to Mendiola Fitness Madness. I am an experienced, committed fitness professional who has served the community and beyond since 1993. I offer one-on-one training, small-group training and boot camps. My result -proven approach incorporates strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, balance and flexibility work -- to ensure that you achieve your health and fitness goals.

 

Every individual is capable of attaining their optimum physical condition, if made aware of their potential and how to achieve it. As a personal trainer, I’ve seen clients from ages 12 to 91 accomplish things they never thought possible. We don’t all have the genetics of a supermodel or star athlete, but everyone can improve on what they have and reach their full potential.

 

My philosophy as a personal trainer is that we all must find the right balance. This means balance with muscular strength, physical endurance, nutrition, flexibility, rest and mental stimulation. All of my clients come to me with different goals and different needs. I always start my job by getting all of these components back in balance, with the appropriate intensity in each category to achieve the goals set for each person.

My mission as a personal trainer in New York City is to educate my clients about exercise, diet, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle, while empowering them to make the most of their abilities: through knowledge, direction and encouragement. I encourage clients to take an active interest in accomplishing their goals, and I welcome their input and feedback throughout the entire training process.
